1.       研究組長：谷峰研究員，博士，研究生導(dǎo)師。2006年獲得中國協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學(xué)遺傳學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2007年至2009年在美國康州大學(xué)健康中心從事人類胚胎干細(xì)胞基因表達(dá)調(diào)控研究；2009年至2012年在美國西雅圖華盛頓大學(xué)從事人類胚胎干細(xì)胞基因打靶研究；2012年起在溫州醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬眼視光醫(yī)院工作并成立基因修復(fù)與干細(xì)胞研究組。在Nucleic Acids Research ,Cell Stem Cell, Mol Ther Nucleic Acids, Human Mutation等國外雜志發(fā)表文章30篇，為英國Scientific Reports雜志和《遺傳》雜志的編委，主持國家自然科學(xué)基金項目，國家衛(wèi)計委，浙江省科技廳等多個項目。

Team members

1.       Principle Investigator: Feng Gu, PhD

Feng Gu is an investigator of School of Ophthalmology, and Optometry, Eye Hospital, Wenzhou Medical University. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in genetics from Peking Union Medical College in 2006. From 2007-2009, he got training as a postdoctoral fellow in gene regulation and expression of human embryonic stem cell at the University of Connecticut Health Center. He then moved to Seattle and worked on gene targeting in human ES cells at University of Washington from 2009 to 2012. He joined the Eye Hospital, Wenzhou Medical University in 2012 as a Principal Investigator. His research is now supported by grants from National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Health and Family Planning Commission of China, the grant of Zhejiang Province Science and Technology.
