1.        研究組長(zhǎng)：屠理理教授1999年畢業(yè)于杜克大學(xué)，獲得免疫學(xué)博士學(xué)位。之后先后在杜克大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)中心和賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)中心進(jìn)行博士后研究。期間以第一作者或者主要參與者在Cell、J Exp Med和Immunity等國(guó)際一流雜志發(fā)表多篇研究論文。2005年回國(guó)后，以眼發(fā)育及眼部疾病的分子機(jī)制為研究方向，獲得國(guó)自然面上項(xiàng)目?jī)身?xiàng)，浙江省自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng)，并入選教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃。發(fā)表十余篇高水平研究論文。

1.        Principle Investigator: Lili Tu,PhD

Dr. Tu obtained her Ph.D. in immunology in Duke University in 1999, and then continued her research in Medical Center of Duke University and Pennsylvania University respectively. She did great a job and published papers in Cell, Immunity, Journal of Experimental Medicine, Journal of Immunology and other high valued journals during her stay in USA. When she came back to China, her research interests turned to be eye development and related diseases. Besides, she was funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation. Also, she was eligible in the new century excellent talents program which is charged by ministry of education of China.

Scope of Research Proposal

     1.          The role of G-protein coupled receptor LGR4 in the eye development and underlying mechanisms and

     2.          Function of microRNAs in eye disease such as PVR and uveal melanoma. Her group has published a dozen research papers in                        journals like JBC, IOVS and FEBS Letter.
